Family
My husband, Bruce, and I live in the country near Fairbank. We have two children, Alexa and Sawyer. Our family also consists of our yellow lab, two Siamese cats, five horses and a cockatiel. Yes, we love animals and enjoy spending time with all of them. Our lab, Bella, loves going camping with us and playing in the water. We enjoy the water as well, but in our kayaks. When I am not spending time with family, I enjoy cooking and working on my miniature doll house.
Bruce hauls petroleum for Kwik Star and in his spare time, he likes to read, garden, and fish. Sawyer is in fourth grade. His passion is learning about dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures. Sawyer says that he is going to be a scientist/paleontologist when he grows up. Alexa is a teacher, as well, and she gets her love of teaching from me. Her husband, Bryan, is a manager for Fareway. Alexa and I enjoy doing many things together; she is truly my best friend. She is taking time off from teaching to enjoy our new little grandchild, Jocelyn.

Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is very simple, I treat students the way I would want my own children to be treated. I strive to give all of my students an enjoyably rigorous educational experience that encourages them to be life-long learners.
